Lam Dong Moves to Remove Business Bottlenecks and Foster Enterprise Growth
The Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee is stepping up efforts to improve the local investment environment by actively addressing challenges faced by businesses, reaffirming its commitment to creating favorable conditions for sustainable private-sector development.

On July 20, Nguyen Ngoc Phuc, Member of the Provincial Party Committee and Vice Chairman of the Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee, chaired a meeting with representatives of provincial departments, agencies and local authorities to receive and resolve difficulties and recommendations raised by enterprises operating in the province.
During the meeting, businesses highlighted a range of issues affecting investment and production activities, including investment procedures, land administration, mineral exploitation, land rental rates in industrial parks, site clearance and other administrative procedures related to project implementation.
Provincial departments and local authorities responded directly to the concerns, clarifying the underlying causes, proposing solutions and identifying the responsibilities of relevant agencies in resolving each issue.
Based on the enterprises' feedback and reports from relevant agencies, Vice Chairman Nguyen Ngoc Phuc instructed departments, sectors and local governments to thoroughly review each case, identify specific causes and responsibilities, and formulate appropriate solutions for every category of concern.

For matters falling within their authority, agencies were instructed to proactively resolve issues and guide enterprises in completing the required documents and procedures in accordance with regulations. Issues beyond local authority must be promptly reported to the Provincial People's Committee for further direction, ensuring that administrative delays do not hinder business operations or project implementation.
Vice Chairman Nguyen Ngoc Phuc emphasized that removing obstacles for businesses must be carried out in full compliance with the law while creating the most favorable conditions possible for enterprises to stabilize operations, expand production and contribute to the province's economic growth.
The provincial leadership also called on departments, agencies and local authorities to strengthen inter-agency coordination, maintain regular dialogue with the business community, and promptly address practical bottlenecks as they arise. Each recommendation should be handled through a clearly assigned focal agency, with defined responsibilities and implementation timelines to ensure legitimate concerns are resolved effectively and transparently.
