The Standing Committee reviewed and agreed on the proposed content and schedule for the sixth session, a thematic session scheduled for September. Regarding the system of resolutions issued by the People's Councils of the provinces before the merger, the People's Council Chairman requested a review of resolutions that are no longer appropriate so that they can be proposed for repeal or replacement. For resolutions requiring replacement, the new resolutions and their scope of replacement must be clearly identified to ensure that no legal gaps arise.
The People's Council committees, departments and agencies were asked to agree on the list of documents, establish a handling roadmap and clearly assign responsibilities. The review, repeal and replacement of old resolutions must be completed according to the established schedule.
