Nguyen Van Son, Vice Chairman of the People’s Committee of Xuan Truong – Da Lat Ward, remarked: “The province's plan to create a comprehensive master plan for eastern Da Lat offers a significant chance for Xuan Truong – Da Lat to leverage its landscape, land resources, and high-tech agriculture. The locality acknowledges the importance of proactively speeding up public investment initiatives, particularly in transportation infrastructure, urban renewal, and public welfare projects in order to establish a sustainable development foundation.”

At present, the local authorities are collaborating with relevant agencies to tackle issues related to land clearance, speed up the construction timeline of major projects, and aim to meet the planned public investment funding targets.

Concurrently, the region is enhancing construction oversight and protecting the environmental landscape with the aim of fostering a green and contemporary urban area while maintaining Da Lat's unique character.
