At the conference, delegates heard a report on the draft project for communicating and promoting Lam Dong Province’s image for the 2026–2030 period. The project aims to give effect to the Resolution of the 14th National Party Congress and the Resolution adopted at the 11th Congress of the Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee, while also implementing the strategy for communicating and promoting Vietnam’s image abroad in the 2026–2030 period.

The project aims to build and promote the Lam Dong brand by leveraging the province’s distinctive values in nature, culture, people, and development potential. It identifies digital transformation as the key approach, while promoting multi-platform and multilingual communication to raise Lam Dong’s profile both at home and abroad.
The drafting team received written feedback from 20 agencies and units, as well as from many experts and researchers, with most expressing general agreement with the draft project.

At the conference, delegates focused on discussing and giving feedback on several important issues, including positioning the province’s brand after the administrative merger, developing a unified “Lam Dong story”, promoting the value of UNESCO-recognized titles, applying digital technology and artificial intelligence in communications, and developing a multi-platform, multilingual communications ecosystem to promote the province’s image at home and abroad.

Many delegates said Lam Dong currently possesses major advantages in natural resources, culture, tourism, and its system of UNESCO-recognized titles. Therefore, the communication strategy should be developed with clear priorities and a distinctive identity, contributing to enhancing the province’s competitiveness, attracting investment and tourism, and promoting the image of Lam Dong's people as friendly, creative, and hospitable.
In his concluding remarks, Vo Thanh Binh, Head of the Information, Education and Mass Mobilization Commission of the Provincial Party Committee, acknowledged the dedicated and responsible contributions of experts, scientists, and delegates attending the conference.

Head of the Information, Education and Mass Mobilization Commission of the Provincial Party Committee Vo Thanh Binh requested the drafting team to fully incorporate the feedback to further refine the draft project, ensuring its scientific and practical bases, consistency in terminology and brand identity, and alignment with the requirements for building and promoting the image of Lam Dong Province in its new stage of development. He said the proposals must be well-grounded, feasible, and suited to local realities, contributing to building a strong local brand, spreading Lam Dong’s image to domestic and international friends, and effectively serving the province’s socio-economic development goals through 2030.
