Accelerating Implementation to Meet Growth Targets
Concluding the meeting, Chairman Ho Van Muoi stressed that only a little more than 60 days and nights remained in 2026, while the workload was substantial and the pressure intense. Every task required urgent implementation and timely, tangible results.
Without determination and decisive action, it will be very difficult to meet targets across various sectors. Every department, unit and locality must mobilize all its resources to achieve the growth targets.
Ho Van Muoi, Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Lam Dong Provincial People’s Committee
Chairman Ho Van Muoi affirmed that Lam Dong’s most important and decisive task at present was to achieve double-digit GRDP growth. To reach this goal, the province must first significantly accelerate public investment disbursement.

Regarding efforts to resolve obstacles facing investment projects funded by non-budgetary sources, 209 of the 365 projects have so far had their difficulties addressed. The chairman urged departments, agencies and local authorities to pursue these efforts decisively and strengthen coordination to ensure that issues are resolved fully and conclusively.
Although state budget revenue has reached a relatively high level, it remains unstable, particularly revenue from land-related sources. Departments, agencies and local authorities were instructed to urgently calculate land prices and accelerate revenue collection while ensuring a balance of interests among the State, businesses and residents.

The province’s universal health check-up program remains on schedule but continues to face significant challenges. In remote and disadvantaged areas, local authorities were urged to work closely with the health sector to ensure that all residents receive free health check-ups.
The workload is heavy and the pressure is immense. Agencies and localities must adopt innovative thinking and creative working methods. The entire political system must engage, work together and share responsibility to ensure that socio-economic targets are achieved.
